My name is Simona and I’m the founder of Simona Luxe Beauty & Aesthetics, which is an independently owned and run beauty salon in Aberdeen. As a beauty business owner I remain, literally, hands on, personally choosing all treatments and products to provide my clients with a professional, luxurious and deeply relaxing experience. More than this, I believe the treatments offered at Simona Luxe can positively influence general health, wellbeing and confidence.
The salon provides a range of Beauty, Aesthetics and Complementary Therapy treatments ranging from face and body treatments, reflexology, waxing to eye treatments, tanning and nails. Simona Luxe Beauty & Aesthetics is a unisex beauty salon welcoming both – men and women.
So where did it all begin? Well, how many of us dream of running our own business, doing something we genuinely enjoy and feel passionate about? 2010 was the year I achieved my dream when I opened my own beauty business! Though just a single treatment room within a larger business, I was proud of dipping my toe into the business world, and even prouder that I commenced my journey with the unwavering support of my loyal client base, who followed me from my previous roles within other beauty businesses.
I worked hard to understand my client’s needs and incorporate these into the range of services and products offered, developing my range and personal skills base along the way. Always motivated and passionate about the work I do, my personal satisfaction comes from the pleasure and gratitude my clients feel after a treatment in my salon.
People give up their precious time and money to step in to my salon and I firmly believe they deserve to step back out looking and feeling wonderful. I am delighted, and sometimes still awe struck, at how loyal, complimentary and supportive my clients are, encouraging my personal and professional growth and development. So much so that in 2014 I turned another dream into reality by moving in to my very own premises which offer two private treatment rooms, a pedicure lounge and a nail bar.
